This position is based in Chicago, IL.

Reporting Relationship
This position will report to the Director ofSales.

Education
Undergraduatedegree from accredited university is required, advanced degree is a strongplus.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Executive will have P&Lresponsibility. The candidates will beasked to contribute actively as a member of the sales team to help create asuperior and challenging work environment that breeds a culture of respect forfellow employees. Additionalresponsibilities include:

        Implementsales methodology as directed by the Director of North American Sales

        Meetor exceed regional sales revenue targets

        Negotiatebusiness and legal agreements with large accounts.

        Developshort and long-term sales plans that are consistent with corporate objectives.

        Havea thorough understanding of sales forecasting methodologies.

        Ensureleads are worked as they funnel through the pipeline.
