| RAYMOND TOMASCO Mr. Tomasco has been in the information technology field his entire career.Prior to founding Huntington Group, he founded a consulting firm thatspecialized in the development of human resource departments for expandinginformation technology companies. He was instrumental in providing fastgrowth software and technology companies with increased recruiting capacityand efficiency.Previously, Mr. Tomasco was a Senior Consultant at a national search firmwhere he developed their information technology division. He began his careeras a Research Analyst for IBM where he studied market trends in preparationfor new product announcements.
Mr. Tomasco received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from ConnecticutUniversity.

| KAREN VACHERON ALEXANDER Ms. Alexander has specialized in recruitment for the technology industry herentire career. She joined Huntington Group as a partner in 1991 after asuccessful tenure with Hipp Waters, Inc. as an Account Manager where she wonnumerous company and industry awards. Ms. Alexander specializes in executiveand middle management placement primarily for technology and applicationssoftware vendors. Her knowledge of the software industry and extensive workwith successful pre-IPO firms has enabled her to facilitate the developmentof position specifications and the placement process for Huntington Groupclients.
Ms. Alexander received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics fromUniversity of Vermont, and has been a Certified Personnel Consultant since1989.

| LARRY DUNNIGAN Mr. Dunnigan joined Huntington Group in June of 1997. He started at Huntington Group as a Technical Recruiter and has recently made the transition to the business development side, focusing mainly on sales and marketing searches for software and Internet-based companies. Prior to joining Huntington Group, Mr. Dunnigan was an International Account Manager for Preferred Systems, which was acquired by Computer Associates, where he was successful in closing the three largest sales for the Preferred Systems product line. Mr. Dunnigan is based in Huntington Group's office in Trumbull, Connecticut. Mr. Dunnigan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western Connecticut State University.

| KATHY LOTT Ms. Lott is responsible for developing new business nationwide. Ms. Lottpreviously worked as a consultant for business development in New Englandspecializing in marketing and sales support of software products for theengineering, manufacturing and quality assurance environments. Ms. Lott hasrepresented both large and small clients including Applied Statistics, IBMand Intergraph. She has over twenty years of experience in the computerindustry and has worked for DEC, ABFA/Compugraphic and Adage. Her knowledgeand experience covers a wide range of technologies including ERP, MES,networking applications, CAD/CAM tools and computer hardware. Ms. Lott isbased in the Trumbull office.
Ms. Lott received her MSEE degree in systems engineering from BostonUniversity.

| EMIL OCCHIBOI Mr. Occhiboi has specialized in the information technology industry for hisentire career. Since 1994, Mr Occhiboi has provided expert technical andexecutive search services to an assortment of industries and full range ofbusiness sizes, including everything from Fortune 500 corporations toemerging technology startups. Prior to Huntington Group, Mr. Occhiboi wasVice President of Alden Associates, a New York-based IT staffing firm, andManaging Director with Romac/Source Services, an international provider ofstaffing services. Mr. Occhiboi began his career as a Sales Engineer withMicro Engineering Solutions, Inc., a value-added reseller of CAD/CAM/CAEsystems and consulting services. He also held positions as a Senior Analystand Engineering/CAD Systems Manager for Kvaerner/John Brown, an internationalengineering and construction firm.
Mr. Occhiboi earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineeringfrom the University of Bridgeport and his Masters of Business Administrationfrom Sacred Heart University.

| JOSEPH HELLER Mr. Heller's background includes over a decade of combined experience in the Data, Internet and Telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Huntington Group, Mr. Heller was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in a publicly-traded Internet company, managing North and South American field operations. Mr. Heller co-founded a telecommunications company, and as head of sales, was responsible for growing the business to $30 million in annual revenues. Most recently, he was Business Development Officer for a boutique investment bank, where he created a $1 billion pipeline of acquisition candidates for an industry consolidation. Mr. Heller has conducted operational due-diligence for several multi-million dollar telecom investments. Mr. Heller received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Houston Baptist University, where he served on the Board of Directors for HBU's Association of Former Students. He is a guest lecturer at his alma mater, and an adjunct professor for the University of Houston, where he lectures on global marketing issues. Mr. Heller has been certified by Rice University's Executive Education Program in Mergers and Acquisitions.
