 Each search assignment is unique. So, unlike most executive search firms that base fees on a fixed percentage, we base our fee on the complexity of the assignment. For even the most complex search, our fee never exceeds the industry standard. Furthermore, Huntington Group offers performance-based billing which means clients are billed when goals, not dates, are reached.

Our fees are based on a percentage of the first year’s total cash compensation. The percentage amount is determined by the complexity of the assignment and will not exceed industry-standard fee levels. Clients are billed for search-related expenses, including travel and administrative. No major costs are incurred without client approval.

Clients are invoiced in three equal installments. The initial invoice is issued upon commencement of the assignment, the second upon first presentation of prospective candidates, and the final upon completion of the assignment. If the actual compensation differs from the initial estimate, the final invoice will include the necessary adjustments.

We guarantee our work. If a selected candidate should leave for any reason within one year of the date of employment, Huntington Group will conduct another search to fill the position.
