QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for any of the above positions, we require: A bachelor's degree inComputer Science or-equivalent work expereince may be substituted; demonstrated knowledgeof SQL and COBOL required; experience in Tandem, GUI, Powerbuilder, C and UNIX desired;knowledge of Call Management (CTI) client/server software with workstation applicationsoftware, and customer data to facilitate call routing highly preferred.
