Their product can be integrated withexisting corporate systems such as SAP, BAAN, JD Edwards, IBM and Oracle. Syntra’sproduct is the most successfully and widely software solution available today for completeautomation of global logistic processes.

TITLE
Director, Consulting Services - Eastern U. S.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Director will report to the President.

LOCATION
New York, New York

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree Required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director will be responsible for building the Eastern U.S. consultingservices practice for Syntra. This includes developing a staff of implementationconsultants, developing and positioning service offerings to current and prospectiveSyntra clients, implementing approaches, metrics and processes which ensure successfulclient implementations, and providing pre-sales support as required. The Director will bea ‘hands on’ team player initially, and will be comfortable in a highly visibleposition in an entrepreneurial environment. Ultimately the Director will manage to aP&L. Travel schedule of 25 – 50%.

EXPERIENCE
Qualified candidates will possess at ten years overall business experiencewith at least five years in a management position building a profitable software servicesbusiness. Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding of ERP systemsconfiguration and RDBMS structures. Ideally, candidates will have logistics, supply chainknowledge and come from a consulting services type organization. Lastly, the successfulcandidate will be a team player as well as a senior level Director and will be comfortableinterfacing with staff, management and executives in a team structure in anentrepreneurial environment.

SALARY
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and knowledge of theindustry. Bonus, equity and MBO’s are all part of this dynamic compensation packageas well as a handsome benefits option.
