CLIENT
Decisionism Inc. develops and markets datamart management software that gathers andtransforms data from various sources - operational systems, source applications, and datawarehouses - into focused OLAP (online analytical processing) data marts that supportdecision-making by business professionals. Decisionism's flagship product is AclueDecision Supportware, which allows organizations to leverage their investment in Arbor'sEssbase or Oracle's Express OLAP databases (and soon MS Plato), by delivering consistent,clean, high-quality data marts that handle individual needs. Decisionism Inc., aprivately-held company, currently has thirty eight employees and is headquartered inBoulder, Colorado.

TITLE
Implementation Consultant

LOCATION
Boulder, Colorado.  Decisionism Inc. will offer a relocation package for the rightcandidate.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Implementation Consultants will report to the Regional Consulting Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Implementation Consultants will be part of the Services function of Decisionism whichalso provides pre-sales, training and technical support services. The Consultants willultimately be focusing on implementation service and will always be responsible for clientsatisfaction. Consultants will learn and understand the business issues for each clientand will be the project manager and the 'hands on' architect to implement the technicalsolution with the Aclue product. Typically, the consultants are at least 60% billable.

EXPERIENCE
Implementation Consultants will have at least three years business experience providingtechnical solutions to business issues. The successful candidates will have strongknowledge of data warehousing, data marts, and/or data manipulation within an OLAP orRDBMS environment. Project management skills, a technical orientation and customer-drivenattitude are required as well as a 'can do' mentality. The consultant will be a teamplayer and will be comfortable with up to 70% nationwide travel.

SALARY
The successful candidate will be offered a base salary. The Consultant will be eligiblefor a three part bonus plan based on profitability of the services department, thecompany, and personal productivity. Stock options are also available in addition tomedical benefits.
