Corporate Management Solutions (CMS) is the leading provider of informationmanagement software for the Office of the Corporate Secretary and Equity CompensationProfessionals. Their stock option administration software, Express Options for Windows,was recently chosen as one of Accounting Today's Top 100 Software Products for 1997. Withover 2,200 customers worldwide, the company's client/server solutions combine theorganization's industry expertise and extensive knowledge of performance-basedcompensation. CMS extends its technological superiority by offering the leading web-basedsolution that empowers optionees or subsidiaries to access select information directlyfrom their desktops. In 1998, CMS introduced two new products, added 50 employees, andexpanded their offices in Shelton, CT and San Ramon, CA. Founded in 1979, CMS isheadquartered in Shelton, Connecticut with 100+ employees.

TITLE
Project Manager

LOCATION
This position will be based out of the Shelton, CT office.

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Project Manager will initially report to the Director Professional Services East.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess at least five years overall business experience with atleast two years in a project management role implementing applications software at clientsites. The Project Manager will be a ‘hands on’ consultant and have a strongunderstanding of client server software design and database structures. Knowledge ofMicrosoft Project and project management methodologies a major plus. Qualified candidateswill have financial industry/applications knowledge, ideally from the brokerage industryand will be very comfortable in entrepreneurial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful installation and implementationof CMS software solutions at client sites primarily in the Eastern U.S. Responsibilitiesinclude project planning and management, application design and analysis, and themanagement of technical and application consultant teams. The Project Manager will alsoprovide pre-sales support as required.. The Project Manager will interface extensivelywith the District Sales Managers and Client Support personnel to ensure properimplementation procedures and services are implemented on a client by client basis. Thesuccessful candidate will manage roughly eight to ten projects at any time and will have a50 – 75% travel schedule.
