Corporate Management Solutions (CMS) is the leading provider of informationmanagement software for the Office of the Corporate Secretary and Equity CompensationProfessionals. Their stock option administration software, Express Options for Windows,was recently chosen as one of Accounting Today's Top 100 Software Products for 1998. Withover 2,400 customers worldwide, the company's client/server solutions combine theorganization's industry expertise and extensive knowledge of performance-basedcompensation. CMS extends its technological superiority by offering the leading Web-basedsolution that empowers optionees or subsidiaries to access select information directlyfrom their desktops. In 1998, CMS grew its revenue by over 40%, added 50 employees, andexpanded their offices in Shelton and in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in 1979, CMSis headquartered in Shelton, Connecticut with 100+ employees.

TITLE
Account Executive

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Account Executive will report to the Eastern Region Sales Manager.

LOCATION
This position will be based out of the Shelton, CT office.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Executive will be primarily responsible for selling CMS software andservices regionally to Fortune 2000 firms. This includes following up on leads generatedby a telemarketing group, conducting regional seminars to generate leads, cold calling andconducting product demonstrations in the sales process. In addition, the Account Executivewill also be part of a team that develops relationships with industry professionals,including investment bankers, broker/dealers, attorneys and public accounting firms.Typically, the primary contacts at prospect accounts will be to Human ResourceProfessionals, Equity Compensation Professionals and CFO’s. Travel will be about 25%.

EXPERIENCE
Qualified candidates will possess at least three years of "Business toBusiness" sales experience and will be technically literate and adept. Successfulcandidates will understand the solution selling process, will be aggressive, motivated andeager to succeed. The candidate will be comfortable technically with conducting softwaredemonstrations for clients.

COMPENSATION
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, with a base salary from $40,000- $60,000 and a commission plan at quota that will target between $110,000 - $140,000.
