Corporate Management Solutions (CMS) is the leading provider of informationmanagement software for the Office of the Corporate Secretary and Equity CompensationProfessionals. Their stock option administration software, Express Options for Windows,was recently chosen as one of Accounting Today's Top 100 Software Products for 1997. Withover 2,200 customers worldwide, the company's client/server solutions combine theorganization's industry expertise and extensive knowledge of performance-basedcompensation. TITLE
Consulting Services Account Manager

LOCATION
This position will be based out of the Shelton, CT office. However, a ‘homeoffice’ close to New York City may be established.

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Account Manager will initially report to the Vice President, Services.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess at ten years overall business experience with at leastfive years in a consulting services, client management role involving software developmentand implementation services. The Account Manager will have a strong understanding ofsoftware design and database structures and have experience implementing large-scalePC-based, client/server, and/or web-based systems. Qualified candidates will havefinancial industry/applications knowledge, ideally from the brokerage industry and haverelated client relationship management expertise. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Manager will be responsible for overall client satisfaction and furtherdevelopment of large, strategic CMS clients. This includes overall relationshipmanagement, analyzing specific project needs, overseeing multiple project teams and insome cases, managing multiple project teams as both a Project Manager and at times a teammember. The Account Manager will also assist in pre-sales activities as required. Thesuccessful Account Manager will interface regularly with many different levels ofmanagement at both clients and at CMS. The Account Manager will manage three to fourclients (initially in the New York City area) and each may be up to $1 million revenueaccounts. 25 – 50% travel schedule.

SALARY
Compensation will be commensurate with experience with a base salary of bonus of up to 10– 25% dependent upon individual, company and department performance, plus equity.Excellent benefits.
