The division we are currently working with, Blau Coyote Technologies, is focused onthree core areas of expertise: market technology consulting, market technology systemsdevelopment, and interactive production services. Their key software product, DynamicMarketing Environment (DME), is today's most advanced technology for implementing"real time" event-driven marketing communications. DME becomes the foundationfor all marketing events for integrating all channels and customer touch points, and bydeveloping intelligent agents to drive auto-generation messages based on pertinentcustomer activities via the Internet.

TITLE
Internet Software Engineer/Senior Internet Software Engineer

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports to the Vice President, Director of Development.

LOCATION
Wilton, Connecticut.  Blau Marketing Technologies will offer a relocation package tothe right candidate.

EDUCATION
A four year college degree, preferably with a concentration in Math orComputer Science.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Software Engineer will be responsible for core application developmentin their Internet Systems. The entire development team is in Wilton, Connecticut.Applications are being developed in a UNIX/SUN, Windows NT environment using Oracle as thedatabase, with a variety of front-end tools (Perl, CGI, Java, C, C++). The average systemthey are developing will encompass a 40 or 50 gigabit Oracle database.

The Software Engineer will be on the team to assist in the architecture, design,development and implementation of the applications, and may have some limited clientcontact responsibility.

EXPERIENCE
The Software Engineer will posses at least three years of applicationdesign and development experience in a C/UNIX environment. Experience with Java, Perl,CGI, and a variety of other languages and Internet tools are preferred. Knowledge of thedirect marketing industry or campaign management systems is a plus. The company is afast-paced, high technology organization that is expanding rapidly, and looks forindividuals comfortable in that environment.

SALARY
Commensurate with experience including annual bonuses upon performance and an attractivebenefit package.
