TITLE
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
REPORTING
This position will report to the CEO.
LOCATION
The position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
EDUCATION
The candidate will posses an Undergraduate degree, but an MBA is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Qualified candidates will have at least ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of overallbusiness experience, with significant experience with a firm that focuses on eitherservices or consulting engagements. Candidates will possess excellent presentation andcommunication skills. Selected candidates will have progressed through positions ofincreasing responsibility to a senior sales management position within a high-growthcompany. He/she must have proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive,detailed sales plans and programs with demonstrated success in expanding the existingsales share, exploiting and creating new sales to ensure profitable growth. Experience instrategic sales planning, as well as a successful record for the tactical implementationof those sales plans, is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vice President of Sales will have full P&L responsibility for companyrevenue. The candidates will be asked to contribute actively as a member of the managementteam to help create a superior and challenging work environment that breeds a culture ofrespect for fellow employees.
