This position reports to the Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This person will be responsible for leading the transition of Hard DollarCorporation from a desktop software applications provider to an Internet based (ASP)organization providing web-based applications and information. This key executive willcreate market-driven strategies designed to capture market share and enhance customervalue. Must instill a clear vision and strategic direction to motivate and empower thesales and marketing teams. Should have a clear understanding of how to extract value fromthe core capabilities of an organization and translate into an effective tactical plan.
