CLIENT
Translogic Technology, Inc. (TTI) licenses its patented technology, known as"M-cells." M-cells help integrated circuit (IC) designers obtain the bestperformance possible from their IC designs by automatically compacting logic gates,reducing the number of cells and nets in the design. The company has also developedTlogic, a software program to enable M-cell utilization during logic synthesis. Thecompany's products allow customers to achieve maximum design performance and reduceiterations between synthesis and layout without changing their logic synthesis designmethodology. Unlike other new EDA tools and technologies, which require you to learn newtools or new methods, TTI's technology can be implemented without a methodology shift, youcan use today's synthesis tools with TTI's technology. It's easily adoptable and industrycompatible.

VP of Sales and Marketing

LOCATION
Beaverton, Oregon

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position will report directly to the President.

EDUCATION
An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or ComputerEngineering is required. MBA is desired.

EXPERIENCE
A verifiable success record as a Director or Vice President of Marketing with anEDA or semiconductor company. A successful past track record of correctly identifying anddelivering a product that meets the needs of the semiconductor customers. The qualifiedcandidate will have a proven track record of developing strategic relationships within theindustry and he/she will have successfully negotiated contracts generating significantrevenue. Prior experience with building a marketing organization is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for all strategic and tacticalmarketing efforts, including the ability to negotiate enterprise deals with customers. Heor she is expected to clearly define the features and specifications of new products thatthe semiconductor customers need and are willing to pay for. The successful candidate isexpected to work with senior engineering management to deliver the products or servicesthat meet the customers needs. This individual is also expected to clearly articulate tothe marketplace how TTI's Patented Intellectual Property can add value to our customersand potential business partners. Other duties will include the establishment of collateralmaterial, marketing communications, public relations, training materials, etc.

COMPENSATION
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include a base salary,bonus, and equity opportunities. Relocation is available.
