COMPANY
Huntington Group is a rapidly growing, retainer-based, professional search firm thatspecializes in the information technology industries. We have grown from two people in1991, to a total staff of twenty-four today. A majority of our business consists oflong-term agreements with our clients to provide some or all of their staffing needs. Ourheadquarters is in Trumbull, Connecticut.

TITLE
Associate and Senior Associate

LOCATION
Trumbull, CT

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The position will report directly to a Partner of the firm.

EDUCATION
An undergraduate degree in highly desirable.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Two to twelve years overall experience recruiting within a corporation or search firm withparticular emphasis on information technology, experience working for/with vendors oftechnology would be a big plus. Other relevant recruiting or telemarketing/telesalesexperience will be considered, especially if it is coupled with a strong sales aptitudeand strong interest in or knowledge of computer technology.

Experience with the use of computers, especially PC/Windows, is desirable. HuntingtonGroup is a large user and developer of technology for our business and our Associates arevery computer literate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate, and Senior Associate, will be responsible for recruiting, qualifying, andinterviewing of candidates for our clients open assignments, as well as, for managing theacquisition of research using our extensive library, our own on-line database of 50,000contacts, CD-ROM, industry intelligence, the Internet, and other information sources.

Also, great potential exists for those interested in developing new clients.
