TITLE
Technical Operations Manager

LOCATION
Stamford, CT

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports to the Chief Technical Officer.

EDUCATION
College Degree preferred, BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.

EXPERIENCE

Strong project management and operations management skills
Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and Windows NT Server
Experience with vendor negotiations and relationship management
Experience with an enterprise level, structured work environment and mission critical applications
Strong knowledge of web technologies
Familiarity with web optimization techniques and deployment
Knowledge of OO Technology and RDBMS/SQL design concepts a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Operations Manager would provide extensive support to the internal staffat Custom Revolutions, Inc, for all their IT-related needs. Additional responsibilitiesentail day-to-day management of the CustomDisc Order Production/Fulfillment Systems, theCustom Revolutions local-area and wide-area networks ( LAN/WAN ), and the CustomDisceCommerce web-sites. The Technical Operations Manager will also be responsible forimplementing security, auditing, and disaster-recovery practices for all enterpriseenvironments/networks, as well as managing/establishing vendor relationships for relatedservices, support, and equipment procurement. The Technical Operations Manager will reportto the Chief Technology Officer.

This position demands a person with strong technical, troubleshooting, andcommunication skills.

COMPENSATION
Commensurate with experience.
