Click-n-Done.com is a "pre-IPO" e-business that is building aconsortium of leading bill and statement providers who will take advantage ofClick-n-Done.com’s e-billing and e-statements solution as a means of cross-sellingand up-selling products and services to their customers.

Click-n-Done.com is the industry’s first solution that seamlessly and securelyretrieves, consolidates, and archives bills and statements on the consumer’s desktop– while preserving the issuer’s total control of their online customerrelationship.

A significant advantage that Click-n-Done.com has over others in the marketplace isthat the product is free to consumers, which will draw more customers to the site. Andsince there is no third party between the biller and the customer, the biller maintainstheir relationship electronically.

Click-n-Done.com also benefits in being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mobius ManagementSystems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBI).

EDUCATION
An undergraduate degree is required. Graduate degree is preferred.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY
Candidates should have substantial experience creating, building,and managing operational units in a high volume and transaction processing company. He/shewill have a record of successfully cutting costs and streamlining operations throughplanning, process development, hiring, personnel policies, development of good teamwork,incentive programs, and vendor management. Strong candidates will have achieved success inprevious positions by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for improvement in anentrepreneurial and proactive way, while still negotiating and coordinating effectivelywith other senior managers. Ideally, the candidate will have held a similar position at abank, insurance, mortgage processor, utility, ISP, .com or other transaction basedcompanies. Candidates should have direct experience with customer service and/or technicalsupport, management information systems, customer billing, document scanning, build vs.buy and vendor negotiation of both the technical and operational side of data centers.Familiarity with operational and managerial accounting and finance is a requirement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will serve as a member of Click-n-Done.comLLC senior management team. The position's responsibilities are as follows, and mayevolve over time:

Ensure that Click-n-Done.com LLC key operations units run efficiently and coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, and technical units.

Provide operational and planning discipline to push these operating units to beat their financial targets quarter after quarter. The success of this effort is critical to the company's growth. This position will have direct responsibility for Production Management, Customer Support and Information Technology, whose performances most significantly affects the financial health and success of Click-n-Done.com LLC.

Manage the Production Management Division with a staff of 20 to 30 internal and external employees.

Manage the Customer Support Division, with an internal or external staff of 15 people responsible for the 24x7 support center. The support center will assist the billers and service providers.

Manage the Information Technology Division responsible for the entire Click-n-Done.com LLC’s electronic infrastructure, including LAN and WAN connectivity, desktop and notebook users, servers and software selection and deployment.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES SUMMARY

The selected candidate will be a highly intelligent, motivated and mature professional. He/she will have a confident appreciation of the demands of running complicated operational units at peak efficiency, and the ability to function as a senior strategist with key members of top management at a rapidly growing start-up company.
The desired candidate will also be a capable manager with the interpersonal skills and experience to quickly establish himself/herself as a mentor and leader, who can bring the best out of the exceptionally talented middle managers under his/her watch.

COMPENSATION
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, and will include bonus andequity opportunities. Relocation will be available.
