Background Summary
ClearCross gives you real-time global visibility of shipment status to facilitate quick response in global supply chain planning and execution. Using the Track and Trace Engine (TTE), companies can monitor the status of import and export shipments across all modes, legs, and clearinghouses and keep customers informed of any changes. The TTE opens communication between trading partners in a global commerce network, enabling you to respond to customer demands, resolve performance bottlenecks, and determine areas of cost savings in the global supply chain.

The Director of Product Management -Global Track & Trace candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of ERP, Supply Chain Execution and Global E-commerce Logistics. He/She will have significant experience (7+ years) in product management in a high tech environment, characterized by successfully translating market information into effective products/programs/plans to drive sales and build a successful business. The candidate will possess the capability to develop a strong working relationship with the senior management team and across the organization. Ability to work and communicate effectively in a dynamic/fluid environment with multiple internal/external clients. Must be entrepreneurial, adaptable, decisive and flexible with excellent presentation and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Director of Product Management – Global Track and Trace duties include all phases of product definition, product planning, product launch and life cycle product management. Responsibilities include assessment of market needs and development of long-range product plans, as well as assisting in strategic sales and business development. The Director of Product Management will have full P&L responsibility for the Track and Trace product, will manage product managers and provide leadership to interdepartmental teams.

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include a base salary, bonus, and equity opportunities. Relocation is available.
